After experiencing the loss of her mother in her mid-twenties, Melissa spent the following decade suppressing her trauma, which led to a decline in self-assurance and a sense of isolation in her personal battles. In 2020, during a time of global turmoil, Melissa made a transformative decision to transform her own pain into a purpose-driven journey of healing.

Simultaneously embarking on therapy, Melissa embarked on a soul-searching quest to discover her true calling in life. Observing the widespread suffering of others, she felt compelled to extend her support.
