He founded Pen Name Consulting, a full-service content creation and growth agency that helps scale businesses. Clients include Microsoft, Equinox, Dollar Shave Club, Beachbody, and individuals such as LeBron James, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Tim Ferriss. His work has been featured everywhere from The New York Times and Fast Company, to ESPN the Magazine and GQ. Adam attributes all his success to kindness, positivity, his ability to listen to people and respond with empathy.
