There’s a story where a father tells his son that there are two wolves fighting inside him, one fighting for good and one for evil. The son asks “which one will win?” The answer is “whichever one you feed.”
I think we are usually torn between doing our own will and doing the Lord’s, and trying to decide whether we will work for our own glory or God’s. Fortunately, the Scriptures have some things to say about that. Victor and I talked about a great example from the Old Testament: King David and King Saul.
