Whenever I cross paths with someone that understands red light therapy at a deep level, I love to nerd out. On this week's episode of The Red Light Report, I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Amitay Eshel and picking his brain on all things red light therapy. It was the type of conversation where we could have easily geeked out for hours on end and still had more to talk about. Luckily, you get to be a fly on the wall for this exchange topics from red light therapy to sun exposure to biohacking strategies to NAD+ skin cream and more!

Amitay Eshel is an entrepreneur in the biohacking and beauty fields. He has held executive roles in the health, wellness, and beauty industry for over a decade, as well as being a business development consultant in that space.
