Alejandra suggests an effective tool for small business growth is starting with solid infrastructure. Organize everything meticulously from the beginning. Implement efficient accounts payable and receivable systems. Invest in a good CRM and calling system as your business expands.

Finally if Alejandra could go back to day one of starting out, she would suggest to herself "Start earlier." Being an early entrant often provides a competitive edge, although timing plays a role too.
