Have you ever had one of those dark days when life seemed a bit overwhelming?  We all have.

During these times, it's important to remember that even when things are looking dark, there are better times coming your way. 

Is there something you can do to change your situation?  If you are feeling overwhelmed, are your thoughts bringing you sadness?  Can you change your thoughts?  What can you control and what must you accept as outside the realm of your control?  Spend your time focusing on what you can control.

I truly believe there is greatness in all of us.  You just need to be reminded of this… sometimes over and over again.  And you need to NOT listen to those voices that hold you back and try to make you just get by or survive as if that is all there is. Each of us will have to face some dark times, but ultimately we aren’t meant to just survive. We are meant to THRIVE!
