Johnathan Cranford is the best selling author of The Sugar Demons: An Addicts Guide to Conquering Sugar Addiction where he dives into his up and down struggle with the white substance that holds most of us in its grips. Jonathan is a former USA Boxing Coach and Certified CrossFit Trainer, he has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and spent an equal amount of that time battling his sugar addiction.

Today we cover some of the traps that can lead to disordered eating behaviours in the fitness industry, how he fuels his Crossfit workouts today, his thoughts on alcohol, and some of the unique struggles that men experience with sugar addiction. Johnathan shares his discoveries and strategies that he found critical in breaking the cycle of his sugar addiction and feeling that freedom with food again.
