In this episode, I speak with the fascinating Ryan and Sophie from Ryan and Sophie Sailing.

They have an incredible YouTube channel (that you must check out!)  and they have the most incredible stories to share about their adventures sailing the world. Going from normal life to just an idea, the two set out on an adventure of a lifetime. 

With all of this came anxiety, stress, and near-death experiences! They are very familiar with high functioning anxiety. They are such great examples of what is possible even when you have fear. You would look at them and think they are so brave and so courageous and you would think how is it that they have done all of these incredible things and conquered so much. They have done it with the fear and they have so many lessons to share by living in such incredible circumstances.
