Sho launched Workhap with a simple goal to help others get the most out of their careers. He was recently recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice 2020 for Job Search & Careers and is also a partner Career Coach with HKU Business School and CareER Association. Sho started his career working with Simon Sinek in New York as a strategy consultant with Ernst & Young. He then moved to Hong Kong where he led Talent Development for one of the fastest growing unicorn. In 2019, he decided to go all in on his side hustle and pursue his mission of creating a happier workplace.   

We connected with Sho to hear his perspective as a career coach who bridges cultures across the Pacific and as a peer who is dedicated to helping talented professionals elevate their career to new heights.
