Rather than sending mail and buying properties directly from private owners, he buys land from other land investors at wholesale prices. Then he sells half of the lots for retail to individuals & half of them, he resells to other land investors at wholesale prices where they can make a healthy profit. Since 2021, he has bought and sold over 1,500+ parcels and supplies 50 of the leading land companies with inventory for them to resell.
