Something a bit different this week. It is with the poet Jessica Urlichs. This is actually her reading one of her favourite poems. I love this because it reminds us of what is really important. It is so easy to get lost in all the things that don’t really matter. This is an invitation to release some of that pressure you may be putting on yourself and come back to what is really important to you.
