I met Derek at the Raise the Bar Event, (I highlighted my experiences in this episode #110) which is an absolutely incredible event that I would highly recommend any fitness coaches to attend next year. This conversation was a perfect extension of the event where we got to expand upon some of the conversations from the weekend, integrate the lessons, and continue to connect and build community.
On the surface this episode will be much more relatable to coaches, but building a business and transforming your body are not all that different. Derek speaks a lot about transforming your identity to reach your goals - both in business and in fitness.
