In this episode Shelley talks to Viren Thakrar, Owner of ‘In The Game’, about the importance of trust. He draws the parallels of coaching a junior sports team and learning to work with the players you’ve been given and how this also applies to organisations. 

He holds a belief that “majority of people want to do well” and so it’s important to approach them with a positive intention to develop and know that you, as their leader, is responsible for how they perform. Viren talks about vulnerability and the benefits that come with admitting you don’t know all the answers and utilise the network and support around you to get the best outcomes.
