James Leman is a returning guest on our show! Be sure to check out James’ first appearances on episodes 355 and 595 of Boundless Body Radio! James Leman is a 51-year-old who was born, lives and works in the beautiful island of Bermuda!
As a vegetarian and vegan James’ health declined so much, that he had multiple hospitalizations, autoimmune issues, anxiety and depression, amongst many other health problems. From listening to podcasts, reading books, and discovering the keto and carnivore diets, James has regained his health, and through that process, found happiness and purpose in sharing his experiences.
