Rich sits down for an interview with Terry Harris – Former G-League NBA Player for the Delaware Blue Coats. His brother, Tobias Harris, is an NBA Pro player for the Philadelphia 76ers. 

At age 27, Terry is now the CEO of CSH Real Estate Corp, investing in luxury homes and apartment buildings in Joshua Tree and Los Angeles. He was first introduced into the world of real estate when he bought a home during his time in the G-League for $175,000, FHA 3% down, and selling it a year later for $320,000.
