In this week's episodes of the Brawn Body Podcast (111-112), Dan is joined by Julie Burrill, CSCS (@goalsetmindset_jb) to discuss mindfulness, mental well-being, and its impact on athletes and life. In today's mindfulness Monday episode, we discuss graditude, ways to practice graditude and mindfulness, what "self-care" should look like, the importance of personal development, and so much more! Add this to the list of CAN'T MISS episodes!
Julie is a 2019 graduate of The University of Scranton’s Exercise Science program. She is currently in their DPT program and will graduate in 2022 (same year as Dan!). She played field hockey for 4 years at the collegiate level, and shares a LOT of the same health values, beliefs, and interests as the Brawn Body movement, as you’ll find out! For more on Julie, you can find her on Instagram @goalsetmindset_jb - I HIGHLY recommend giving her a follow if you aren't already!
