Ethan Saal is a former collegiate tennis player at Brandeis University! After struggling with depression and anxiety, and trying nearly every other solution, he discovered the healing power of mindfulness and meditation. After he turned his life around, he decided to start helping others! He delivered this amazing TEDx talk in 2018, called The Silent Epidemic, all about the stigmas surrounding mental health. In his junior year in college, he co-founded bmindful, a company dedicated to helping athletes improve their mental health! We are so grateful for Ethan, and his important life's work!
