The team at Oxx created some really cool hands-on documents with a step-by-step guide to many of the aspects we cover here.
Two of the most things that resonated most with me is Ingrids overview of all the available options you have in SaaS pricing that she describes as a SmƶrgƄsbord - a Swedish buffet-style meal where you can mix and match various dishes to find the combination that is perfect for you at that moment. I liked that analogy.
And I also liked Ingridās detailed description of buyer research calls that she uses as a means to explore customers needs, their willingness to pay and to inform product strategy.
