Over the years, there have been varying schools of thought when it comes to drinking after childbirth. Some doctors have been known to recommend a drink or two to help with milk production. Others discourage consuming alcohol altogether. And, of course, mommy wine culture, marketing, and social media memes all encourage moms to drink to relax and decompress.
