Episode 6 – Interview with Steve Cook

This week’s episode is an interview with an old friend, Steve Cook. Steve is a fitness personality on Youtube. He’s a Gym Shark athlete, launching his own line of gym apparel. He just opened his own gym in St. George, Utah called Fitness Culture. And, he also has his own app on Apple and Android called Fitness Culture where you can find fitness programs for men and women. In our interview, he talks about his workout routine, his failures and even his insecurities (loosing his hair).
