Josephine K was a a former rock bottom regular who refused to accept ‘sorry, there’s nothing we can do’ from the mainstream - Josephine K dedicated herself to ‘doing the work’. This led to a creative path of combining her lived experiences of mental, menstrual and neurodivergent challenges with her meticulous research, study and embodiment.
A true champion of subconscious support, Josephine guides her community of clients towards nurturing their relationship with themselves, wellness and the aligned lives that occur as a result. Josephine is especially interested in how a holistic approach centred around the subconscious can create clarity, connection and expansion within our lives.
