The first question we take is from Janice, who shares this, “My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past two years. I am 36 and my husband is 43. In January 2020, we decided to get a fertility workup. My uterus was fine, tubes clear and hormone levels normal. Should I continue with high doses of medication or perhaps think of doing mini-IVF? Can high medicated doses affect egg quality? Is there anything you can recommend so that I can increase my chances of getting a normal embryo w/ my next round?”
