Jamie is one of the most respected rugby league players of his generation. Amongst many other accolades, Jamie has captained England and Great Britain, won the 'Man of Steel' and 'International Forward of the Year' awards, and is the most successful player in Super League history.
Since retiring from rugby, Jamie is a motivational speaker and has taken on, amongst other things, marathons, ultras, and now…HYROX!
We cover so much in this chat including his sporting highlights, how he dealt with pressure through his career, his “time to get off the bus” mantra, his mindset around injuries, what he thinks separated his teams from others, his mindset during HYROX (and how he plans to change that for future races) and tonnes more.
