Robin Switzer is a ketogenic diet advocate, and the creator and founder of KetoCon- one of the most highly regarded health conferences in the United States. It takes place in Austin, Texas, every year, and will be held in April of 2023. The event typically hosts thousands of vendors, brands, speakers, influencers, and participants over three days to engage with other health-conscious people. Some of the big speakers she has hosted in years past have included several of out former podcast guests, including Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Cynthia Thurlow, Ben Azadi, among others. Robin discovered low carbohydrate and ketogenic diets after many years of struggle with weight loss, pre-diabetes, PCOS, depression, anxiety, food addiction and disordered eating. In 2015, Robin left her career in Corporate America to join Ketovangelist, LLC and took on their mission to make Keto a household word. Robin served as the COO at Ketovangelist until 2020, when she purchaced and rebranded the franchise.
