Chad Dolan is a super smart guy who many might not know.
He has a Exercise Science and Health Promotion B.S., Exercise Physiology M.S. and is currently working on his PhD. He's has published Strength and Conditioning Research alongside top powerlifting coach/researcher Mike Zourdos. Chad is also a competitive athlete and coach, the coaching qualities he identifies as paramount are: education (giving you the why and not just the “hows”), individualization (training and nutrition should be unique to you, and enhance your life not consume it), transparency, honesty, and efficiency.
