Through learning and reading from others, Alex walks you through the steps on how to create an action plan that actually works so that this time next year, you will be one step closer to creating a fantastic life with purpose.

Think about the acronym SMART when planning out your goals. SMART = Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely.
Write down three action steps that you have to take INSTANTLY that will make progress towards your goals.
Ask yourself these three questions: What do I need to learn? What do I need to believe? And what do I need to do to ensure I achieve my goals?
Now, once you're done with these four steps, get to work! Schedule the time so you don't make excuses for yourself.
