She is the founder and CEO of Belcampo Inc., a family of companies that encompasses Belcampo farms where they humanely raise organic meat (which I believe produces the highest quality meat I have ever come across in my life). Belcampo focuses exclusively on regenerative farming practices, which means it restores the land it uses rather than deteriorate it.
Anya is a brilliant woman and I was in complete awe throughout the entire interview learning from her about our food, where it comes from, and the impact it has on our environment.
