She is the Principal of Aker Davis LLC, an evidence-based coaching and organization effectiveness consulting firm. Allison has over 28 years of experience serving in corporate and consulting roles, including VP for Organization Development at Lahey Health and VP & Coaching Marketing Leader for Right Management. As a consultant, Allison brings her experience and expertise in working with corporate and healthcare executives as well as business leaders from the U.S., Canada, and Europe. In addition to her work as a consultant and coach, Allison serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Haven.
