Self-storage is a family business for John C. Lindsey. His father got started in the business in 1969, and in 2012, John and his brother started Lindsey Self Storage Group. They have participated in virtually every aspect of the business: brokerage, owning a portfolio of stores, owning a management company, and building sites. Today, he says their focus is on self-storage brokerage.
