

Four Steps to Forgiveness
In this episode of The Habit Coach podcast, Ashdin doles out 4 steps to forgiveness; he suggests one must first acknowledge that forgiveness is possible subsequently, one should confront and embrace the emotional pain associated with the wrongdoing followed by employing logical reasoning to empathize with the offender's perspective. Ultimately, the process culminates in forgiving not only the actions but also understanding and forgiving the inner child of the person who caused the harm.
