People talk a lot about feminism and equality but the percentage of women entrepreneurs is still less than 15%. Also, women entrepreneurs are not as recognized as their male counterparts. Women are believed to be suited for certain jobs only. There are a lot of stereotypes about what women can do and what they cannot. We have to have an open mind and move forward while making better partnerships if we want a balanced world.
