I had the honour of spending a little over an hour with Lacintha having a very real conversation. She also baked and brought over some banana bread which I am eating right now. It's delicious.

We talked about her life growing up in South Africa, apartheid, her experiences being a female lawyer surrounded by males, moving her life to Canada, family values, non-negotiables, personal awareness and the energy of the people we have in our lives.

We gave a couple shout outs, we talked about yoga, we talked about books both reading them and writing them and we chatted about community and the value that people we meet bring us.

I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed my visit with Lacintha. You'll be able to find it on Spotify, iTunes, Google Play, Apple Music, the link in my bio or also at www.yegfitness.ca

Please help me promote the stories shared on The Lifestyle Chase by giving a rating or sharing on social media. As always, thank you for listening!
