She teaches people how to take their power back and stop fearing their bodies. Using principles from the 5 Biological Laws, her approach to health is based on increasing awareness, shifting perception, and embracing radical personal responsibility.
She is a teacher of the Germanic Healing Knowledge framework and trains holistic practitioners to incorporate this framework into their niche.
She lives in Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and two dogs.
