39 | Struggle with Time Management? Google Calendar Tips You Must Know

2. Create an Additional Calendar to Organize Time and Tasks: Establish a calendar for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Make appointments at the week's start and adjust them to specific times during planning.
3. Turn Off Notifications: Minimize distractions by disabling audible notifications. Customize reminders to strike a balance between staying informed and avoiding constant alerts.
4. Play with using both Tasks and Focus Time: Schedule distraction-free project time. Customize preferences for notifications and meeting declines.
5. Sync with Booking Calendars: Ensure your booking calendar syncs with Google Calendar to prevent double bookings.
