Mark Pattison has been in the real estate industry since 2015. He began his career as Realtor in a new city with $70,000 in credit card debt, an air mattress, and a moped. Soon he was ranked top 1% of real estate agents in San Diego County. He began buying houses for rental properties and soon created a large portfolio of Airbnbs. Since then he has flipped homes and taught many others how to do the same. In 2022 he is releasing his first book on Amazon.

Today he continues to expand in all aspects of the real estate industry. His real estate investment company Grantham Capital is actively flipping and buying rentals across the country. He owns PorchLight Realty, a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty focused on residential resale in San Diego, CA. His company Mark Pattison Show is teaching others to invest in all aspects of real estate. His desire is to share his story, inspire others, and teach anyone how to do the same. His team has closed 2,000+ transactions and a billion dollars in volume and ranks among the top teams in San Diego County.
