Hello my wonderful friends! Today I'm sharing what's new in the week I've just had, how things went in Copenhagen, and a whole lot about over-capacitating: what it looks like, how I've stopped doing it this week (and year), and why it might be useful for you, as well.
If there is one thing I've learned; choosing to stop over-capacitating is a huge step forward in self love, and a lot less drained energy.
