As we talked about what Joanna does, I realized a very important part of grief recovery for many is resolving guilt, regret, etc. around things we said or didn't say, did or didn't do, before our loved ones passed. Before we can make a good solid relationship with them in this new way, we have to heal those things.
Joanna employs a method to help resolve these unresolved emotions and we discuss it in the interview.
