Today’s Episode is with Lorelei Rammel (@fithack). Lorelei and I both contract out of Evolve Strength South in Edmonton, Alberta and over the pandemic we’ve gotten to know each other and have found ways to elevate one another in the industry.

“Fitness for me has always been about finding a way to make it feel enjoyable and maintainable. 

 

I graduated from college as a Personal Trainer in 2012 on a mission to make fitness fulfilling for everybody. I recognize that individuals are uniquely capable and my goal is that my clients can find empowerment by connecting with their strengths in a style that fits them best. 

 

I want to shift the focus of fitness in a direction that combats barriers to access and benefits overall quality of life.”
