Lori is an office manager for her husband’s plumbing & heating company. She shares that she never had a weight problem until she began to gradually gain weight through the years. In 2019, when she saw a picture of herself, Lori did not recognize the woman she had become. She knew it was time to do something.

A girlfriend shared Gin’s book with her. The science behind IF made sense to Lori, and she began her journey in January of 2020. She immediately felt better, and settled into a 20:4 protocol.
