184 | Experiencing a Soul Reunion with Stacey Wheeler

Stacey Wheeler is the host of the The Soul Podcast, a show that looks at the Soul from a non-religious perspective. The Soul Podcast is focused on spiritual growth and provides tools for a joyful life. 

Some of you may recognize Stacey from our episode swap back in episode 175 of the Science & Spirituality Podcast - "Projection - How to Recognize It & Master It."  Although you do not need to have listened to that episode to follow along in this one, we do highly recommend you check it out!

In this episode we focused on Stacey's story of how he came to experiencing 90 days of pure joy and happiness and having what he describes as a "Soul Reunion" - coming back to the realization that we came into this world as a soul by peeling back the layers of experiences and labels we have accumulated through life. 

This was ultimately his motivation for starting his podcast - wanting to share what he has learned and experienced so deeply with the world. 

Throughout this podcast, Stacey shares his wisdom on facing discomfort, leaning into areas of our lives where we feel stuck, and peeling back layers of life experiences so we can each work towards our own Soul Reunion.
