62 – Saying NO with Love: Lessons from Nakivale

In this sharing from Nakivale Refugee Settlement in Uganda, Shailia talks about something that touches all of us — how to listen to our inner wisdom and say "NO" with love and respect.

Many times, our mouth says yes even when our heart says no — because we don’t want to hurt someone, disappoint them, or be seen in an unflattering light.

But when we do that, we innocently betray ourselves and our inner knowing.
This teaching shows how self-love, inner wisdom, and a quiet mind can help us listen to our hearts and speak the truth gently.
