I am SO guilty of quickly buying new clothes or multiple cocktails on a night out but even more guilty of overthinking when I really need a PT/ coaching/ anything to do with my self development! Investing in yourself is the greatest investment you can make, so I’m now trying to be more mindful of my choices and the things that I really need to grow! Im curious do you do this too?
