It’s Time to Recognize You Are a Queen

Do you sometimes feel like you’re running on fumes, holding everyone else together while quietly unraveling inside? Change is upon us and it’s time to recognize you are a Queen!

What if I told you that your exhaustion isn’t weakness, but a summons from your higher self and the Universe?

A Soul Level Invitation

Feeling stretched to the limit is a soul-level invitation to remember who you really are. Because you weren’t meant to live bone-tired or feel invisible. You were meant to live as a queen. Not a ruler of others, but a sacred steward of your own energy, joy, and divine rhythm.

This is about being empowered and the crown is already yours. The only question is, will you recognize this and learn how to wear it?

Talking with Angels

Before we dive in, let me tell you a little about my guest. Allison Stillman has been talking to angels since she was a child. Of course, like many of us, she doubted herself at first. Were these voices real? Was she just making it all up?

Yet, she kept getting wild, undeniable signs. She’d ask the angels to show her something unmistakable to let her know she wasn’t making things up.

One time, while out swimming with the wild dolphins, she asked the angels to have dolphins leap from the water at the same time to prove they were with her. Then bam, two dolphins broke the water’s surface, tail flips and all.

Eventually, Allison stopped doubting. We all have guardian angels or celestial allies who want to help. But they won’t interfere or help unless you ask. Free will is the rule on planet earth.

So, if you want help, say it out loud. Invite them in. Your divine team is standing by at the ready!

A Sacred Pause

Recently, Allison took a sabbatical. She was told by spirit to rest, reflect, and stop working for a few months. She didn’t know it, but her angelic guides had a different agenda. This was a time for healing and leveling up for a new mission. Then, loud and clear they told her, “It’s time to reach more people in a bigger way with lots more love.”

Her timeout was more like a chrysalis or sacred recalibration, giving her a chance to say yes to a bigger mission.

New programs started flowing through her as she stepped fully into her own power and transformation. The new goal is to assist the rising collective. She has a hand in supporting ascension on earth, particularly for women.

Because let’s face it: the world is shifting quickly and those of us who are tuned in are being called to show up like never before.

Queen Energy Is No Longer Optional

In one surprising meditation, Allison was visited by none other than Queen Elizabeth II. Yes, that Queen! She’d never connected before. Did she speak of royalty and protocol? Nope, her message was very clear. It’s time to claim your own sovereignty and help other women do the same.

This is what queen energy is really about – taking care of yourself and feeling empowered. Being queenly is not ruling over others but learning to rule over yourself with wisdom, love, grace, and firm boundaries.

Queen energy is about remembering the truth of who you are before the world told you otherwise. Allison believes every woman carries the code of the queen inside her.

Wear the Crown – Say No Like You Mean It

Stepping into sovereignty starts with little things, like learning to say no when your body or intuition says no. Or choosing rest over people-pleasing and owning your life unapologetically.

Allison reminded us that one of the most queenly things you can do is… pause and say not to…

Things that drains you.
The person who takes and takes.
The old story that says you don’t deserve more or you aren’t good enough.

Every time you say no to what’s misaligned, you say yes to your magic, clarity, radiance, and true potential. It’s the reason you’re here. Being a queen is about raising your vibration and following a new way to move through life.

The Divine Feminine Is on the Rise

Right now, we’re experiencing a cosmic shift. The old structures built on domination and hierarchy are no longer working. They will be replaced by a new way, led by the divine feminine with love, compassion, and cooperation.

This energy is softer, yet fierce in a different way. The sacred feminine doesn’t seek to conquer. She wants to connect, support, and protect!

Whether you choose to see yourself as a priestess, goddess, or queen, you pick your flavor because it doesn’t really matter. The important point is that you try one of the titles on. Walk through the world like your presence alone changes the room. Because it does.

This is a time to remember how things used to be on earth, when women were reveered because we held the key to creation.

Make Yourself a Priority

You can’t lead, guide, love, or create if your well is empty. Queenly sovereignty begins with you. How you treat yourself and talk to yourself.

For example, get the massage, take a nap, or walk barefoot in the grass and feel the Earth supporting you. These aren’t indulgences, but esssential recalibrations of your frequency.

The more you nourish yourself, the more you can radiate that nourishment outward. That’s how queens lead properly, from that place of overflowing energy, brimming with goodness and light.
