Nominated for independent of the year, part of Okaydevs and having worked with the likes of studios such as Holographic and Off Brand, he’s had a hell of a Webflow career already at only 21 years old. 

His new YouTube Channel has already amassed 1000 subscribers with only 5 videos so far which is wild. His chilled, down to earth dutch vibes are ideal for calmly teaching us mere mortals how to use GSap and more. Recently, he started his own no-code community in the Netherlands too. But has success come to Ilja without bumps in the road? Of course not.

The failures we’ll talk about today are:

1. Saying yes to a branding project without asking enough questions.
2. Not saying no, and therefore burning out a bit
3. Taking on personal projects without actually having the time for them
