Hi, I’m Monica Tanner. Wife to a hunky man named Ben, boss mom of 4 incredible kids, relationship and intimacy expert and a passionate entrepreneur.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with finding the answer to 2 important questions. What makes a marriage strong and lasting and what does it mean to be successful.

The older and wiser I get, the more I realize that both of these questions have the same answers, but they aren’t always easy to come by. In the early stages of my business, I used to feel so guilty as I took precious time, energy and financial resources to find my voice and worked hard to build something that only existed in my mind. I overcompensated for this dream of mine by burning the candle at both ends and by the end of each day I was too tired to connect with my husband. I often felt frustrated with my progress, unsupported by my partner and alone in my struggle. When we argued about it, I would feel like quitting. I was exhausted and overwhelmed, trying to be all things to all people and coming up short every time!

Fast forward through tears and many lessons learned and you’ll see the thriving marriage, loving family and growing business I have today. It’s not without it’s challenges, because nothing worth doing ever is. But through the years, I’ve built up the courage, confidence, communication and conflict resolution skills and commitment to navigate those challenges and continue building a marriage that supports by business and a business that supports my marriage.

When I’m standing at the top, hand in hand with the love of my life, looking out over all we’ve overcome and accomplished together, that’s when I’ll know for sure it was all worth it. I help passionate entrepreneurs, like you, prioritize their marriage and crush their business goals, without all the guilt and overwhelm, so you can make to the top of your very own mountain.
