Is Life Really Hard, or Are We Missing Something?

Many people believe success—and life itself—are supposed to be hard. But is this really true? Humans have associated success with the “hard work” ethic—an idea that has been passed down to us through the lineage of our ancestors for thousands of years. But I think we’ve bought into a false idea that success has to be harder than it actually is.

If we want to know the truth about something, all we need to do is look at nature. Nature has an amazing flow and perfection to it. And humans’ ideas about success being “hard” contradicts nature.

Success is simply about doing things in the right way and having a strong foundation in yourself. here’s no luck or chance involved with success—it’s about doing things in a very certain way, based on cause and effect. Success is easier than we think.

• How, as a child, I noticed that life was hard for people—and it left me with questions like, “Are we just missing something? What’s true about life? Why are we here? What are we supposed to do? Do we have a purpose and a destiny?”

• How human beings are susceptible to answers that aren’t true

• The hardest question for any human being to answer—“What do you want?”—and how the voices in your head will tell you it’s not okay to want what you want

• Why people believe desiring money is bad—yet the desire to have money is really the desire to master life’s resources so that we can move forward

If we’re ever uncertain about whether something is true, we can always look at nature and ask, “Do we see this in nature?” What do we want to accept as a truth for ourselves?
