Future X Collective researched over 9000 Australian workers to assess what role the ‘office’ will play in the future of work and this research won a 2021 Good Design Award.
We know that the workplace is much more than a physical space, it has to be productive, sustainable, innovative, and unique to an organisation’s culture.
Angela has over 20 years’ experience working with Google, PwC, REA Group, Johnson and Johnson, MYOB and is currently undertaking her PhD in Architecture and Urban Design.
We speak with Angela to learn a bit more about what the research findings are telling us about the future of work, how workplaces can actually design for productivity and performance and talk best practice industry examples from her consulting experience.
