EP 11: Building Wealth One House at a Time with John Schaub

We live in an investing age where every guru is telling you to own 1,000 properties and to scale, scale, scale. And boy oh boy has that caused some issues for various folks. Yet that's the bill we are all being sold as the only option. John Schaub has an approach to Real Estate that is frankly contrarian to this Get-Rich-Quick way of thinking yet he has been wildly successful building wealth and a legacy for his family.

John is one of Courtney's top 5 mentors/influences and in this episode you will get introduced to his powerful philosophy around Real Estate investing. His 2007 book, Building Wealth in a Changing Real Estate Market, is available online and in bookstores. He is an accomplished boat captain (power and sail), fisherman, skier (snow and water) and an instrument-rated pilot. John loves to travel, especially with his wife Valerie and their young adult children.
