Everyone will agree yoga is good for your physical health, but many people don't realize how impactful it can be for your brain and mental health. I started yoga to increase flexibility, but am so grateful for how many other areas of my life it has effected!
My name is Hunter Williams. I have a HUGE passion for studying how to optimize health in order to improve cognitive function.
