In this episode of the CCU Podcast, I sit down with Curtis Miller. Curtis is a strength and conditioning coach and the owner of Ironbound Strength, an online coaching/training program. Curtis specializes in individualized competition preparation for competitive lifters, as well as remote and in person strength and conditioning for general population clients.

Curtis's passion for health and fitness began at a young age through his love of sports. During this time, he was introduced to strength & conditioning and he carried that passion through college where he received his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Athletic Coaching. Curtis is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA with 15 years' experience in the health and fitness industry including personal training, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and athletic strength and conditioning at all levels.

As a competitive powerlifter, Curtis has achieved Elite totals in the 198, 220, and 242lb weight classes with best lifts in competition being an 804LB Squat, 440LB Bench, 782LB Deadlift, and a 2000LB total.
